Prior to joining Adler Development, she served as a Senior Accountant within privately held real estate investment and development organizations, where she managed month-end close, financial statement preparation, capital call coordination, and investor reporting across multiple entities.

Currently, Diana leads the accounting and accounts payable functions at Adler Development, supporting audits, tax compliance, capital transactions, and investor reporting. She is recognized for her analytical strength, process-driven approach, and commitment to financial precision and regulatory compliance.
