Project Overview

Motion at Dadeland was developed on a 0.87-acre development site directly adjacent to the Miami Metrorail Dadeland North Station and Dadeland Station (a big-box vertical mall with Target, Sports Authority, and Bed Bath & Beyond). The luxury Class “A” multifamily development is comprised of a 25-story tower with 294-units and 257,670 leasable square feet .

Motion at Dadeland was positioned around the concept of “transit-oriented development,” providing residents direct covered access to the Metrorail station. The development featured ground-floor retail (approx. 8,346 of leasable square feet) and 411 parking spaces, providing residents with convenient access to transportation options and shopping.
