Project Overview

Pearce at Pavilion was a residential project that featured six, 4-story garden-style residential buildings comprising 250 multifamily units on 13.73 acres of land. The property was located in the east central portion of unincorporated Hillsborough County, in one of the largest residential communities within the County, known as the Brandon Market Area.

The project was completed with the help of First Florida, which was used for general contracting that cost approximately $38MM. Partners included the Mattoni Group and Atlantic American Opportunities Fund. Upon completion, the project provided much-needed housing options in the area and was a valuable addition to the local community.
